These terms explain how Mutmain may be used, what responsibilities come with accounts and subscriptions, and how we handle safety, support, and service limitations.
By downloading, accessing, or using Mutmain, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms apply to the current Mutmain mobile app experience, including guest mode, account-based syncing, premium subscriptions, AI features, and community prayer-request features.
Mutmain offers Islamic reflection and well-being tools such as guided flow sessions, mood tracking, journaling, prayer-related utilities, saved verses, AI-assisted spiritual guidance, sleep or focus content, and community prayer requests.
Some features are available in guest mode, while others require an account, an active subscription, network access, device permissions, or all of the above.
You may use Mutmain only if you can legally agree to these terms and are at least 13 years old.
You are responsible for any account credentials, device access, or subscription purchases used with your account, and you must keep your login information secure.
Guest mode lets you use parts of Mutmain without a registered account, but guest-mode data stays on your device until it is migrated, removed, or lost.
If you create an account, you remain responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for the content you create inside the app, including journal notes and prayer requests.
You keep ownership of your user-created content, but you give Mutmain permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the service.
Mutmain has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post harassment, threats, sexualized content, graphic violence, hate, spam, impersonation, or other harmful material inside community spaces.
Community posts are shown with your account display name to signed-in members. Users can report posts, block abusive users, remove their own posts from the feed immediately, and contact Mutmain from inside the app to report inappropriate activity.
Mutmain reviews objectionable-content reports within 24 hours and may remove content, restrict community access, or eject users who violate these terms or the safety of other users.
Premium subscriptions are sold through Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically unless cancelled, and are billed under the store terms that apply to your account.
Mutmain uses RevenueCat to help determine subscription status, entitlement access, and subscription management links inside the app.
Pricing, free trials, refunds, cancellations, and taxes are governed by the applicable store policies unless local law requires otherwise. Deleting your Mutmain account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Mutmain is not a religious authority and does not issue fatwas. Religious and reflective content in the app is provided for educational, contemplative, and supportive purposes.
AI responses are generated through an external provider, may be incomplete or incorrect, and do not replace qualified scholarly advice, pastoral care, medical care, or mental health treatment.
If you need authoritative religious guidance on a complex or disputed matter, consult a qualified scholar or local imam.
Mutmain is not a medical, psychiatric, or crisis-response service. The app is intended to support general spiritual reflection and emotional well-being, not diagnosis, treatment, or emergency intervention.
If you may harm yourself or others, or if you are experiencing a mental health emergency, stop using the app and contact emergency services or a qualified local professional immediately.
Mutmain may change, suspend, or remove features at any time, including features that depend on third-party providers, device permissions, or app-store infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mutmain is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every spiritual, personal, or technical use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mutmain and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
